Your primary objective in this role will be to supervise operational processes and resources (human and technical), ensuring compliance with productivity standards, service level (NDS), accident prevention, and cost control to guarantee operational success. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise daily operations across all stages, monitoring activity execution and service level management. Analyze operational KPIs related to productivity, NDS, and efficiency, identifying gaps and promoting continuous improvement. Evaluate and manage the assigned shift staffing (leading teams of 5–30 people), assigning roles and work shifts. Conduct safety briefings and ensure facility order and cleanliness to prevent accidents. Coordinate operations seamlessly with internal departments (Inventory, Risk Prevention, Security) and external transportation providers. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Diploma or degree in Professional Technical Logistics, Logistics Management, or a related field. **Experience:** 1–2 years of prior experience in similar roles within logistics operations. **Technical knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, plus hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems. **Key skills:** Team leadership, dynamism, continuous improvement mindset, and strong commitment to safety and quality. **Availability to work night shifts:** Monday 01:30–09:00 hrs; Tuesday–Friday 00:30–09:00 hrs; Saturday 00:30–07:00 am.
