Operate and maintain the steam system for production processes. **Boiler Operator – Aconcagua Foods** At **Aconcagua Foods**, a leading mass-consumption organization and benchmark in quality food production, we are looking for a certified **Boiler Operator** for low-, medium-, and high-pressure industrial boilers (Ministry of Health). We want you to join a team committed to excellence and safety, where your mission will be to ensure the efficient operation of our boilers, guaranteeing the indispensable steam supply for the productive continuity of our plants. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain the steam system required for production processes, ensuring boilers operate continuously at 130 psi. * Verify fuel availability and monitor natural gas pressure to ensure it remains within established ranges. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler-related equipment. * Conduct boiler water analysis (salt concentration). * Continuously monitor gas emissions. * Comply with safety standards and current regulations. ### **Requirements** * **Mandatory:** Certification for industrial boiler operation (Supreme Decree No. 10 – low, medium, and high pressure). * Desirable experience in industrial electricity and mechanics. * Knowledge of mechanical systems, burners, and boiler maintenance.
