Conduct control reviews to identify revenue leakage and excessive costs. Collaborate with the Site Manager to resolve discrepancies. Implement cost control measures for the site jointly with Operations. Report periodic variances and their root causes, focusing on expenditure deviations. Support analysis of actual cost results, margins, and trends (for the site and by assigned cost type). Review and establish a cost tracking structure enabling appropriate visibility and accountability. Support, together with site management and the FINOPS partner, maintenance of the financial modeling for the site’s estimated results. Conduct weekly audits of cost records at the site/client/assigned cost type level, as well as other preventive operational process evaluations required by the Business Controller. Requirements: University degree in Finance / Engineering / Accounting (+3 years). Stakeholder management. Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority. Proficiency in financial controls and risk management. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to handle large volumes of data and strong analytical capabilities. Experience in logistics, warehouses, cold storage facilities, or distribution centers (+3 years). Total work experience >5 years. Intermediate-level English.
