




**JOIN PAPA JOHNS CHILE!** We are seeking a **Technical or Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related-field intern** to join our Industrial Plant Quality Team to support quality and food safety control and assurance processes within the plant, participating in supervision, record-keeping, and monitoring activities aligned with regulatory requirements and internal company policies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in verifying compliance with quality and food safety standards across production processes. * Jointly monitor, with the Logistics Department, ingredient receipt to ensure conformity with technical specifications and applicable regulations. * Jointly monitor, with the Transportation Department, vehicles and products destined for distribution to ensure conformity with internal procedures and applicable regulations. * Draft supplier complaints regarding non-conformities identified during receipt inspections. * Populate databases to generate departmental performance indicators linked to protocol compliance. * Monitor hygiene practices in production and logistics areas to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Support other production-related activities, such as documenting non-conformities and associated corrective and preventive actions. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or Food Engineering or Nutrition studies (Mandatory) * Basic Excel proficiency * Knowledge of quality assurance, GMP, and HACCP (Preferred) * Ability to produce clear, well-structured written documentation * Basic English **WE OFFER:** * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic, continuously growing team * Benefits including meal allowance * Learning and professional development opportunities within an innovative environment **Don’t miss this chance to join our team!**
