At Falabella Group, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to help us ensure excellence in customer experiences. What will you do in this role? * Automate functional, component, and end-to-end tests. * Design and maintain automation scripts, generating insights for engineering teams. * Identify alternative user story flows and strengthen test scenarios. * Analyze quality metrics to assess test effectiveness. * Generate testing reports and evaluate product stability prior to release. * Understand customer usage by collaborating with business, design, and customer service teams. * Work alongside development teams to ensure automated testing solutions. * Analyze production incidents to identify root causes and accelerate resolution. What are we looking for? * Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in test automation. * Knowledge of tools such as K6\. * Experience working with Test Cases and best practices for refinement. * Interest in applying AI to automation and validation. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Kanban / Scrum).
