What is the internship’s mission? * Support the management and analysis of direct marketing campaigns to optimize segmentation and performance. Responsibilities: * Support day-to-day campaign management through customer segmentation, database management, and campaign tracking via in-depth analysis of direct marketing channels (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp, among others). * Develop reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance. * Perform data joins across multiple tables and databases to derive customer insights. * Research market trends to identify opportunities for improving customer base segmentation, as well as promote scalable operational methodologies.
