We seek committed individuals, service-oriented and passionate about technology, to join our team as an **IT Support Analyst**. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Responding to and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity requests and incidents from internal users. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, computer equipment, and peripherals. * Providing support for productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and corporate systems. * Monitoring the operation of equipment, networks, and communication devices to ensure proper functionality. * Managing user creation, permissions, and access rights across organizational platforms and systems. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment. * Logging, managing, and tracking incidents using ticket management platforms. * Supporting backup execution and information recovery when required. * Documenting procedures, technical solutions, and maintaining an updated knowledge base for the department. * Advising users on best practices for equipment and application usage. * Collaborating on the implementation of technological improvements and optimization of support processes. * Ensuring compliance with information security policies and internal organizational procedures. **What we are looking for:** * Technical degree in Computer Science, Network Support, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 6–12 months of experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, and user assistance. * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems. * Experience providing support for Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP systems. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Wi\-Fi, routers, and switches. * Proficiency with diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for hardware and software issues. * Basic knowledge of information security, access management, and data backup. * Experience using ticket management platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI, or similar. **What we value:** * Experience delivering technical support in organizations with a large number of users. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Ability to document procedures and technical solutions. * Internal customer orientation and service mindset. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests. * Proactivity, initiative, and adaptability to new technologies. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Complementary health and life insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment and collaborative teamwork. * Growth opportunities within the organization. * Job stability.
