Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible individual to develop and coordinate work programs for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with procedures and overseeing installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of work programs for real estate projects 2. Direction and control of the installation process 3. Development of activity planning We are looking for a person responsible for developing and coordinating the work programs defined by the Installation Coordinator to meet real estate and private project requirements, in compliance with company-established procedures, instructions, and performance indicators. Main Responsibilities: * Develop activity planning for each Installation Foreman to meet the project's Gantt charts and the Installation Program provided by the Installation Coordinator. * Assign personnel according to the Weekly Installation Program prepared by the Installation Coordinator. * Direct and control the execution of the installation process, and report progress, issues encountered, and deliveries to the Installation Coordinator as per established protocols and signed by the counterpart. Base salary + production bonus. 42 weekly working hours from Monday to Friday (weekend work may be required in exceptional cases). Positive work environment.
