Job Summary: Develop and technically and administratively manage infrastructure construction design execution projects, including handling feasibility requests and reviewing project plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technically and administratively manage infrastructure projects. 2. Participate in the development and implementation of construction projects. 3. Provide technical assistance in the realization of projects. **Job Description** ---------------------- Prepare and technically and administratively manage the development of infrastructure construction design execution projects for the Group. 1\. Participate in various stages of infrastructure construction project development and implementation, in accordance with customer requirements, planning, Sanitation Operations, land availability, etc. 2\. Timely address feasibility requests for public water supply and sewerage services submitted by developers and customers within the Group Aguas concession area, in alignment with existing general planning and studies, as well as the Company’s Development Plan. 3\. Provide technical assistance during various stages of project realization and implementation. 4\. Participate in generating non-regulated business opportunities for the Company, including construction of new drinking water (AP) and sewerage (AS) facilities, and construction inspections. 5\. Ensure comprehensive project realization management complies with the Investment and/or Operational Plan, technical and administrative specifications, and established timelines, including reviewing relevant drawings and specifications. 6\. Respond to inquiries from project designers and consulting firms regarding residential project management. 7\. Review and approve residential drinking water and wastewater sewerage projects. 8\. Calculate reimbursable capacity-based financing contributions for residential projects and prepare corresponding contracts. 9\. Validate capacity-based reimbursable financing contribution calculations for residential drinking water and wastewater sewerage projects performed by commercial zones. 10\. Coordinate with other company departments (Planning, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Sanitation, etc.) to manage requests related to network zoning, temporary and permanent easements, and drainage communities, among others. 11\.
