Desired Profile: * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Experience working in large hardware stores. Job Responsibilities: * Assisting with truck loading and unloading. * Serving customers and actively promoting sales. * Maintaining store order and cleanliness. * Restocking products. * Updating signage and price tags. Work Schedule: * **SHIFT 1** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Friday: 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. * **SHIFT 2** * Monday to Thursday: 08:30–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Friday: 08:30–17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Saturday: 09:00–13:00, no lunch break. **Compensation:** * CLP $631,000 monthly net (pro-rated based on days worked). * CLP $30,000 attendance bonus (100% attendance required; missing one day forfeits the bonus). Uniform: * Safety shoes, jeans, and long-sleeve cotton T-shirt. Sales Location: * Sherwin-Williams Company-Owned Stores.
