Therefore, we require a **Systems Assistant**, whose primary mission is to assist in the implementation and maintenance of new communication technologies and support tools for Cordillera, thereby ensuring the operational continuity of the ski center’s information systems. **Responsibilities**: * Verify proper operation of corporate network communication equipment, servers, and other equipment. * Respond to requests for developing new internal communication proposals. * Implement improvements to Valle Nevado’s systems and communication media. * Provide support to the company’s support department. **Working Hours: 08:30 to 18:30.** **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off during low season; 6 days on / 1 day off during high season. **Work Modality: On-site.** **Requirements**: Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Technical Diploma in Computer Science or Communications. Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced technical support experience on Linux, Windows, and Mac platforms; server and network equipment programming and configuration; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
