Serve as a key technical reference in identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions that drive technological transformation. Lead the definition of high-level requirements and the implementation roadmap, collaborating with technical teams to ensure design and execution meet established architectural standards and objectives. * Define the target architecture for OSS systems, OSS operational data, network elements, and data and AI platforms to scale the autonomous network * Identify gaps relative to existing technological capabilities and evaluate different solutions/options for OSS systems, operational data, network elements, and data and AI platforms for upgrades or new solutions implementing priority use cases * Identify high-level technological requirements to support different autonomous network capabilities (OSS systems, data, network system updates, data, ML/AI models) for each use case * Define the implementation roadmap for the target architecture to deploy agreed use cases, in collaboration with the Deputy Manager * Advise and guide technical teams in designing and building data models and AI/ML models, ensuring alignment with the target architecture * Act as a technical reference in resolving complex design and architectural issues **Requirements:** 5 years of experience and at least 4 years in Telco/IT technology and/or architecture Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** * Remote work * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Training and courses * Educational subsidy * Product discounts * Performance bonus
