Job Summary: We are seeking a Permitting Architect to prepare, process, and obtain the necessary permits for the construction of project facilities within our Earth and Environment business line. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the processing and approval of construction permits. 2. Active participation in the review of engineering criteria. 3. Knowledge of current national regulations with emphasis on mining. Our team in Chile is growing, and we are currently looking for a Permitting Architect to join our Earth and Environment business line in Santiago. **About the Role** * Your primary responsibility will be to manage the preparation, submission, and approval of required permits for project facility construction with various authorities, while actively participating in the review of engineering criteria based on comprehensive knowledge of current national regulations. **About You** * A licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in permitting. * Knowledge of current national regulations with emphasis on mining. * Familiarity with Master Permit Plans (MPPs). * Experience in preparing IFC documents and building permits. * Experience in preparing PAS 160 within the context of DIA and EIA assessments. * Desirable experience in preparing sanitary permits. * Desirable knowledge of GIS. * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
