




**CGS Contact Center is looking for Customer Service Executives to join our team at the Taxpayer Service Center (SAC) of a major tax and revenue agency in Santiago Center.** Our customer service executives will be responsible for providing exceptional service to taxpayers, ensuring that all their inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Selected candidates must have excellent communication skills, be proactive, have a high level of customer orientation, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. **WORKING HOURS:** 44 weekly working hours on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00 hours, and some Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 hours. (5x2 and 6x1\) **COMPENSATION**: Base salary \+ monthly bonus. Estimated net total $529\.000. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Ability and flexibility to adapt to different work schedules. * Previous experience in customer service is highly valued. * Proficiency with computer tools and customer service systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **WORK LOCATION:** at CGS Contact Center branch located in Santiago Center, near Metro U. de Chile.
