Job Mission: Support food preparation while ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining utensils, equipment, and work areas in optimal condition. Responsibilities: \- Assist the head chef in preparing dishes according to established quality standards and sanitary regulations \- Verify the quality of raw materials and handle them correctly to ensure freshness and preservation. \- Operate kitchen machinery and equipment properly, reporting any malfunctions and ensuring their cleaning and maintenance. \- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff, support various areas as needed, and contribute to a harmonious and efficient working environment. \- Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards for food handling, following established protocols, wearing the required uniform, and keeping the work area clean and organized. \- Report safety risks or incidents, informing of any situation that may pose a hazard to colleagues or customers.
