**Dear Network, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for one of our clients in the logistics industry:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Ensure inventory control and accuracy. ● Supervise goods receipt and dispatch. Monitor personnel entry (drivers and assistants) into the warehouse. ● Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control distribution and warehouse activities. ● Desired skills in Excel, WMS, and inventory counting. ● Control inventory turnover by generating follow-up alert reports to minimize obsolete stock. ● Organize and manage warehouse storage spaces. ● Monitor staff productivity, record accuracy, customer service, with focus on workplace climate. ● Control dispatch productivity, route reconciliation, and customer deliveries. ● Maintain cost control within the dispatch and warehouse department. ● Identify opportunities for operational improvement and/or resource or system administration. **REQUIREMENTS:** ● Experience in warehouse operations and team management \- MANDATORY ● Experience in processes of receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch under WMS administration. ● Advanced Excel skills. ● High stress tolerance and highly proactive. ● Personnel management and teamwork abilities. ● Inventory knowledge. ● University degree in Logistics Engineering or similar. ● Knowledge of management control and KPIs. ● Minimum of 4 years of experience in the role. ● Class B or D driver's license. **WE OFFER:** ● **Workplace location:** Conchalí Community. ● **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. ● **Monthly net salary:** $850\.000. ● **Compensation fund:** La Araucana.
