




A salmon company is looking for a SHIFT QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER to work at its processing plant located in QUELLON. The main objective will be to supervise and ensure the production of a safe and high-quality product during the shift, meeting all standards required by customers, the company, and regulatory authorities, through the implementation and maintenance of PAC, POS, and prerequisite procedures. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily traceability activities, verifying the physical sampling performed by supervisors. * Verify the work carried out by the shift quality supervisor regarding records, their correct completion, implementation of preventive measures, and corrective actions related to products or surfaces to ensure food safety. * Review, implement, and distribute technical sheets for processing procedures of products to be processed. * Prepare reports for management and production regarding procedures carried out in the plant related to product quality, food safety, and customer-focused quality. * Participate in quality, maintenance, and prevention meetings at the end of the shift whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Basic knowledge: Food handling, good manufacturing practices, food safety, food defense, food fraud. * Specific knowledge: HACCP, BRC, IFS, PAC, POS, and GlobalG.A.P., destination markets. * Advanced Excel skills (preferred). * Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the field. **Conditions:** * Work location: Quellon processing plant. * Rotating shifts 6x1\. * Fixed-term contract, transitioning to indefinite. * Access to compensation fund and supplementary insurance. * Agreements and benefits.
