We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** to work at Santiago 1 Penitentiary Complex **Responsibilities** * Lead and comprehensively manage the contract across all areas, ensuring its proper operational, technical, and administrative functioning. * Plan, coordinate, and project the development of the contract, anticipating future needs and challenges. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with the client and with assigned work teams, promoting smooth and collaborative communication. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards, security of people and assets (both client and company), as well as environmental protection. * Guarantee fulfillment of contractual commitments made at the time of service award. * Analyze monthly operational and financial results of the contract, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with Operations Managers. * Identify and understand problems that may arise during contract execution, actively participating in their resolution and ensuring timely responses to client requirements. * Implement and ensure proper maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Assume additional responsibilities and perform complementary tasks within the scope of the position, according to instructions from direct supervisors or specific business requirements. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 \- 5 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Experience in personnel supervision and management. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday. **Benefits** * Supplementary insurance. * Compensation fund. * Holiday bonuses on public holidays. * Provision of breakfast and lunch.
