Currently, we are seeking a **Continuous Improvement and Integrated Systems Manager** Whose purpose is to lead in an integrated manner the ISO Management Systems and the deployment of the Operational Excellence Model (daily and leadership pillars), while also incorporating the dimension of operational risk management. Ensure continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and standardization of practices that strengthen the company's efficiency and operational performance. **If you are selected for this position, your main responsibilities will be:** 1\. Manage ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001), ensuring their documental updating, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business processes. 2\. Deploy the Operational Excellence Model, coordinating the implementation of daily pillars, leadership cycles, analysis tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. 3\. Incorporate and strengthen operational risk management within the Integrated Management System, aligned with business units and corporate areas. 4\. Supervise and advise SGI managers in each business unit, ensuring methodological consistency, internal audits, controls, and action plans. 5\. Act as a functional liaison between business units and corporate areas to ensure coherence, follow-up, and sustainability of the Operational Excellence Model and IMS pillars. 6\. Provide technical field support to analysts and operational teams, ensuring correct use of improvement tools and defined standards. 7\. Coordinate the management of engineering practice students, ensuring their contribution to SGI and continuous improvement projects. 8\.
