We are part of Principal Financial Group, a global leader in investments, and are currently seeking an **AFP Compliance Analyst** to join our **AFP Compliance Management Department.** **What Do We Expect From You?** * Identification and monitoring of compliance with applicable regulations. * Collaboration in identifying risks arising from: regulatory non-compliance, improper commercial practices, fraud, and necessary mitigation measures to prevent and avoid their occurrence. * Collaboration in developing and monitoring policies and procedures within the scope of Compliance management. * Collaboration in preparing reports, responses to official letters, payroll lists, checklists, and any other information required to meet reporting obligations mandated by current regulations, Management, the Board of Directors, internal committees, the parent company, and regulators. * Participation in strategic projects aimed at ensuring appropriate identification of risks associated with Compliance management. * Documentation and maintenance of up-to-date procedures, risk assessments, matrices, regulatory lists, disclosure obligations, etc. Requirements: * Graduates in Auditing, Management Control, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Auditing, Compliance, or Risk Management. * Experience with Office applications, databases, and information systems. * Intermediate level of English. **Our Work Culture** We recognize that achieving an appropriate work-life balance is the best way to build successful and empowered teams; therefore, we adopt a flexible approach tailored to your needs and those of your team, grounded in a culture of trust.
