**Funciones del cargo:** Secure Solutions Design * Architect and review secure solutions for new and existing business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and security requirements. Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in solution designs. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate security controls throughout the software development lifecycle. Architecture Patterns Development * Develop, document, and maintain reusable security architecture patterns and standards. Lead the evolution of architecture patterns based on lessons learned, emerging threats, and business needs. Facilitate pattern feedback loops with technical teams to ensure patterns remain effective and relevant. Engagement with Architecture, Engineering, and Innovation Teams * Actively participate in technical meetings, providing expert guidance on secure design principles and architecture governance. Present new patterns, solutions, and security recommendations to stakeholders for review and approval. Track stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into ongoing architecture improvements. Continuous Improvement \& Technical Excellence * Pursue advanced training and certifications in security architecture and secure software development. Lead quarterly “Architecture Excellence” sessions to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutions. Maintain and update a personal development plan, reporting progress in regular reviews. Demonstrate technical excellence and leadership in all architecture and development initiatives. **Requisitos:** Experience in security architecture and software development; ability to design secure solutions Expertise in NIST CSF, ISO, OWASP; secure dev methods, tools, and legal requirements. Relevant professional degree (Engineering, IT, Security, etc.). **Relevant certifications:** CISSP, CSSLP, SABSA, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Security Architect (highly desirable).
