




R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Computer and Document Administrator** to join an important bidding process for a concession construction project! In Santiago, Metropolitan Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 24 months.** **For this, we require a:** * Graduate professional in Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, or Computing and Informatics Engineering. * Professional experience in networks, technical support, Access, and SQL Server. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Must develop and execute, among other tasks: macros and database programming to improve advisory efficiency in areas such as document management, rates, and other matters requested by the Advisory Manager and Financial and Contractual Milestones Officer, or proposed by the Fiscal Inspector. * Must supervise the proper operation of the IT maintenance and support service when required. * Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and administration of the DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DMS) enabling continuous access and management of the physical and digital archive of all relevant documents related to the concessioned work under this advisory. To fulfill this role, the candidate must have all necessary technological and communication tools to perform duties efficiently, both locally and remotely, storing documents in readable formats using available office software, and being able to convert, transform, and transmit information through various digital means. * Among others. **Important:** All indicated requirements are mandatory and must be met to be considered in the process.
