You will be the key player in ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, quality standards, and strategic decision-making alongside the Operations Management team. **Your Main Responsibilities** * **Indicator Management:** Maintain and monitor operational performance KPIs in real time. * **Control and Auditing:** Conduct internal audits of contracts and verify compliance with staffing levels, shifts, and operational directives. * **Reporting:** Prepare executive reports (biweekly/monthly) and develop indicator dashboards. * **Risk Management:** Identify deviations, generate corrective action plans, and keep the operational risk map up to date. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure coherent operational management. **✅ What We Are Looking For? (Mandatory Requirements)** * **Education:** University degree in Engineering, Administration, Private Security, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in operational management or supervisory roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** Regulations governing private security; KPI and management control systems. * **Advanced Excel proficiency** (Power BI proficiency is desirable). * **Availability:** Full-time schedule with flexibility for executive meetings and site visits.
