We are looking for a professional who will lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives from a business perspective, applying agile methodologies while working directly with internal teams, outsourced development cells, and technology vendors. Your mission will be to transform business and customer needs into effective solutions, ensuring initiative prioritization, project tracking, and implementation continuity. This role interfaces cross-functionally across various company departments and with development and SaaS solution vendors. Key Responsibilities: * Lead cells and continuous improvement initiatives in cross-functional projects, applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or others. * Define and prioritize the backlog jointly with user areas and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs. * Coordinate and facilitate the work of multidisciplinary teams and outsourced cells, monitoring deliverables, deadlines, risks, and KPIs. * Manage new requirements and incidents with SaaS solution vendors, in coordination with technology and operations teams. * Analyze and communicate project progress and results, proposing improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working. Desirable Qualifications: * Certification as Product Owner or equivalent. * Experience in process mapping using Design Thinking or similar approaches. * Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or others. * Experience using low\-code tools.
