Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Planner to coordinate installations, manage technical routes, optimize resources, and ensure job completion at ADT. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of installations and management of technical routes. 2. Optimization of operational time and resources. 3. Support to sales in operational management and after-sales. We are currently seeking an Operations Planner for ADT's Operations Management team. Responsibilities: * Make calls to coordinate ADT service installations, ensuring proper scheduling with customers and the technical team. * Monitor and track technicians' daily routes and schedules, optimizing available time and resources. * Coordinate resources, including reassigning jobs, to meet operational requirements and ensure service continuity. * Ensure proper job closure by verifying correct execution and completion of installations and services. * Provide support to various sales departments in operational management, facilitating communication and execution of tasks related to the installation and after-sales processes. **Requirements:** * Back-office or customer service experience in a call center * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong organizational and planning skills Schedule: Rotating shifts: Shift A: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 hrs. Shift B: Monday to Friday, 9:30–18:00 hrs. Shift C: Monday to Friday, 9:30–17:00\. **Once per month: Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs.**
