Requirements include: * Availability to work Monday through Friday, completing 44 weekly hours. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Support for Microcomputing * Minimum experience in computer support * Technicians with studies in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Computer Support, Networks, Electronics, or related fields (Computer Support courses) * Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced office software skills, remote access connection, IP, Active Directory, printers, software, and networks. Must have knowledge in: SOFTWARE: Windows 7, 10 Operating Systems—installation, configuration (connecting PCs to network, group printer setup, patch updates, antivirus installation and updates, email customization), application installation, MS Office. Diagnosis and Repair. HARDWARE: - PC Architecture (diagnosis, equipment installation, component replacement, and preventive maintenance). * Printers (configuration, diagnostics, installation, component replacement, and preventive maintenance).
