Job Summary: Junior Planning and Control Assistant for mining services, responsible for developing and executing logistics maintenance plans, monitoring and controlling field processes, and managing information and reports. Information management and report development A company specializing in providing services to the mining sector is seeking a Junior Planning and Control Assistant. Responsibilities: - Develop logistics maintenance plans and related activities in coordination with the assigned Maintenance Planner. - Support, manage, and execute the defined logistics plan by liaising with and confirming suppliers based on confirmation and review by the assigned Logistics Planner, Maintenance Planner, and internal organizational departments. - Monitor the logistics plan to ensure proper execution. - Conduct maintenance process control onsite (at the mine site). - Enter data into the company's software system and submit progress and completion reports for maintenance activities. - Update database information for analysis, development, and timely delivery of information regarding each maintenance activity. - Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to deliver information and support the development of the final maintenance report.
