




Job Summary: Support the technical and administrative management of landscape architecture projects, controlling progress, quality, and documentation, and coordinating internal and external teams. Analysis and verification of quantity take-offs and unit prices **Job Description** · Support the technical and administrative management of the landscape architecture project, ensuring control over progress, quality, documentation, and coordination with internal and external teams. · Update project schedule and progress of work items. Conduct follow-up and prepare supporting reports. · Ensure project quality in accordance with project documentation, through a quality assurance system. · Preparation and follow-up of information request forms. · Control critical inputs: inventories, deliveries, and coordination with procurement/suppliers. · Participate in meetings with specialists, client, and ITO to manage modifications and clarifications identified during project execution. · Conduct site visits to verify quality controls and technical compliance. · Prepare technical documentation required for construction works. · Analyze, verify, and report project quantity take-offs to the Technical Office Manager. · Reading and interpretation of drawings. · Analysis of unit prices and reporting to the Technical Office Manager. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in related fields: Architecture, Landscape Design, Civil Construction, or similar. * Prior experience: minimum 3 years in technical offices or landscape architecture/civil works projects. * Knowledge: drawing reading, construction regulations and specifications, quantity take-offs, price analysis, quality control. * Proficiency in tools: MS Office, Project, and CAD. * Class B driver's license.
