Main Responsibilities: Perform other duties related to their area of expertise assigned to achieve departmental objectives. * Plan, organize, advise, implement, supervise, and promote ongoing actions to foster a work culture based on prevention and personal care, with the aim of avoiding workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Control risks in the field and office. * Prepare startup files for worksites. * Conduct safety talks. * Monthly registration of statistical evaluations and results regarding workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Analysis of accident frequency and projection of accident rate. * Participate in meetings held by Joint Committees and provide technical advice on Hygiene and Safety matters. * Provide assistance, representation, and resolution of requirements raised by the Administrative Body of Law 16\.744 and regulatory agencies competent in this matter. * Coordinate with mutual aid organizations activities to instruct employees on safety. * Monitor compliance with hygiene and safety preventive measures. * Keep supplier documentation up-to-date for those providing services to our company. * Investigate causes of workplace accidents and occupational diseases within the company. * Administer the Accreditation Platform (CERTILAB). * Manage courses and examinations through the mutual aid organization. Requirements * Professional degree in Risk Prevention Engineering. * Knowledge of telecommunications and working at heights.
