Oversee the construction process, review cost and constructability plans and specifications, administer corporate processes and procedures, and lead proposal preparation. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the employer and supervisor, subject to prior approval by the functional or project leader.”* **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Provide consultation, technical guidance, and leadership to construction and other supporting functions. * Manage the successful completion of construction-related activities for assigned projects. * Assist in developing the standard construction method. * Oversee the review of standard drawings and specifications for constructability. * Review and evaluate new methods and concepts. * Lead proposal preparation. * Review construction estimates, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and costs to determine their acceptability. **Requirements: Education and Experience:** ---------------------------------------- Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or international equivalent) and more than 15 years of relevant experience or more than 19 years of relevant work experience. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** ------------------------------------------- * Extensive experience in industrial construction projects—including personnel management, leadership, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing talent within the project. * Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to Environment, Safety & Health (ES \& H). * Knowledge of EPCM contract management. In-depth understanding of construction activities related to engineering, cost, scheduling, and contract administration. * Must be familiar with current industry quality standards. * Cross-functional experience in another function—such as engineering, procurement, contracts, etc.—is preferred but not required. * General knowledge of performance management processes and planning. * General knowledge of cost management—including estimating and forecast development. * Advanced communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Experience in the Mining Industry, EPC\-EPCM.
