AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is seeking a professional to fill the position of **Benefits Support Executive** **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing supplementary insurance. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate-level Excel. * Customer service experience. **Job Objective:** * To handle requests and inquiries related to the use and management of supplementary insurance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manages requests related to payments, reimbursements, settlements, appeals, claims, and others. * Manages enrollment, removal, and modification of beneficiaries. * Assists customers in using platforms and apps. * Provides customers with information such as benefits, details of their health plan, certificates, and others. **Details:** * Contract Type: Two fixed-term contracts of one month each, followed by an indefinite contract. * Work Modality: Hybrid – On-site work, when required, will take place at Costanera Center offices and at the client’s specified location (confidential). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 18:30 hrs **Benefits:** * Supplementary Health and Dental Insurance * Oncological Insurance (FALP) * Influenza Vaccine (April) * Birthday Gift * Year-end Bonus (September and December)
