High standards of safety and quality SEC MULTITECHNICIAN – ELECTRICITY SPECIALIZATION AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE Join our team! A leading company in Facility Services is currently seeking an SEC Multitechnician specialized in Electricity to work at a major facility located in the Carrascal area of Santiago. We seek committed, proactive, and service-oriented individuals with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, capable of performing technical tasks autonomously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Location: Carrascal, Santiago Net salary: $900,000 ️ Benefits: ✔ Meals included Contract type: ✔ Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension based on performance Working hours: * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 08:00–17:30 * Thursday: 08:00–16:45 * Friday: 08:00–16:30 Key responsibilities: * Electrical Maintenance ✔ Inspection and maintenance of luminaires, fluorescent tubes, lamps, starters, and ignition systems. ✔ Cleaning, repair, and replacement of luminaires. ✔ Verification and correction of electrical wiring and installations. ✔ Inspection of electrical panels, circuit breakers, thermal protectors, conductors, and terminals. ✔ Inspection and repair of power outlets, switches, toggle switches, and electrical sockets. ✔ Adjustment of electrical connections and terminals. ✔ Inspection and maintenance of emergency lighting. ✔ Installation and maintenance of illuminated signage and exit signs. ✔ Monitoring operation of water pumps, irrigation modules, and sprinklers. ✔ Performing work at height for luminaire replacement and maintenance. ❄️ Air Conditioning ✔ Verification of proper operation of air conditioning equipment. ✔ Control and adjustment of temperatures via thermostats. ✔ Detection of faults, leaks, and anomalies for reporting and follow-up. ️ General Maintenance and Infrastructure ✔ Repair and maintenance of faucets, sinks, toilet tank lids, urinals, and sanitary systems. ✔ Unclogging pipes; cleaning grates, sinks, and drains. ✔ Installation, repair, and adjustment of locks, latch plates, hinges, and accessories. ✔ Inspection and replacement of safety elements such as anti-slip tapes. ✔ Minor infrastructure repairs—including roofs, gutters, and drainage systems. ✔ Basic painting and finishing work. ✔ Space modification and adaptation according to operational requirements. ✔ Moving and installing furniture. ✔ Installing and securing graphic elements and signage. Requirements: ✔ Valid SEC certification (Mandatory). ✔ Proven experience in electrical and infrastructure maintenance. ✔ Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. ✔ Experience performing work at height. ✔ Basic knowledge of air conditioning, plumbing, and general maintenance. ✔ Proficiency in using electric and manual tools. ✔ Ability to diagnose and resolve operational faults. ✔ Responsibility, commitment, and safety orientation. ✔ Availability to work in Carrascal.
