We are looking for a Tech Lead who combines technical rigor with product vision. Someone who doesn't just code, but also thinks, teaches, and elevates the team. Requirements Solid experience in software development (ideally with JavaScript / Node.js / React / MongoDB or similar). Previous experience leading technical teams or complex projects. Ability to think strategically and communicate clearly on both technical and business levels. Strong technical judgment and focus on simplicity and impact. Curiosity, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset. Formal engineering background or equivalent experience with structured thinking and systems vision.
