Their role will be key in translating technological complexity into accessible information for technical teams, with a focus on mapping system architecture. To achieve this, they must understand the IT infrastructure, system architecture, and operational processes that support technological solutions. This professional will act as a bridge between different technical areas and must be able to communicate with the business to obtain relevant information for documenting technology-supported business processes, facilitating system understanding and supporting operational and strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities and attributions** **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Interact with various technical departments within the organization to understand different infrastructure interactions and integrations.
