RedSalud’s Head Office is seeking a TI Project Analyst whose primary mission will be to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects and improvements within RedSalud’s TI area, ensuring efficient project completion and adherence to established KPIs. This role focuses on coordinating tasks among various teams (developers, designers, business analysts, etc.), managing resources, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery of projects and improvements that optimize RedSalud’s technological systems, processes, or infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * **Operational planning of project phases (schedules, milestones, tasks).** * **Daily monitoring of activities: progress and quality control.** * **Manage project closure, documenting lessons learned and ensuring proper alignment of responsibilities, deliverables, and deadlines among all stakeholders.** * **Collaborate with RedSalud’s requesting departments to gather technical and functional requirements for new improvements.** * **Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for implementation teams to execute accurately.** * **Assess the impact of proposed improvements on current systems and infrastructure, ensuring the solution truly optimizes existing processes.** * **Monitor compliance with KPIs defined for each project (timelines, budget, quality).** * **Oversee UAT testing and final quality control.** * **Prepare periodic status reports, metrics, and results for the TI leadership and relevant stakeholders.** As an organization, we commit to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity as a key enabler for achieving our purpose.
