A well-recognized Holding with over 20 years of presence in the national market is looking for a Computer Science Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related field to fill the position of **Senior Problem / IT Continuity Analyst** **Requirements:** * At least 4 years of experience in coordination and management of initiatives or projects * Knowledge and experience using office tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Power BI, etc.) * Experience and understanding of concepts related to IT methodologies or practices. * Experience and understanding of concepts related to project management methodologies or practices (PMBOK, Agile, etc.). * Conceptual knowledge of: Microsoft Windows platforms in multiple versions, Linux platforms in multiple versions, Database engines, for example: Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, IT Architecture – Reference frameworks, Cloud platforms or services * Technical English **Desirable:** * ITIL certification * Microsoft courses **Functions:** * Execute information control over asset inventory or CMDB * Develop or propose continuity plans that correct potential identified gaps. * Generate results reports and/or request corrections * Collect and/or consolidate continuity plans: Manage information updates and/or completeness, Perform adjustments to continuity plans * Support contingency testing management (\*): Follow-up associated with DRP procedure review/update, Accompaniment * Generate compliance reports on DRP test execution, which must include improvement plans (when applicable) * Perform updates and improvement proposals for contingency tests on IT platforms (DRP) **Details:** * Contract Type: Permanent * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 18:30 hrs., but must have availability for Standby shifts, with no more than 5 monthly events requiring support * Modality: On-site * Location: Santiago Center **If you meet the requirements and are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the portal with your updated information!
