Collaborates in preparing information for authorities **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle using the standard methodology of the Operations Engineering area, aligned with company standards. 1\. Prepare and administer annual and monthly project portfolio planning. 2\. Develop project schedules using MS Project. 3\. Estimate budgets for assigned portfolios using the department's base spreadsheet. 4\. Maintain an up-to-date project monitoring system via the corporate platform, covering logs, risks, change management, and other aspects. 5\. Conduct on-site visits to coordinate project information with key stakeholders and manage construction projects. 6\. Administer the database for Works Reception and multi-disciplinary project design. Review uploaded information, validate it, and expedite project closure timelines. 7\. Collaborate in preparing information for authorities (e.g., collecting technical field data, drafting reports, coordinating meetings, etc.). 8\. Report and coordinate regularly with supervisors regarding task execution results and progress. 9\. Participate in internal progress and coordination meetings. 10\.
