We are looking for a Technical Administrator, Technical Office / Civil Builder, Construction Engineer, or Construction Technician to work at the Puerto Montt Penitentiary Complex. **Functions** * Keep documentation updated on processes related to services delivered to clients, including service type, operational conditions, and quality standards defined in contracts. * Supervise and verify compliance with technical aspects of the project, coordinate information among specialists, and prepare meeting minutes. * Proficiency in mapping, analyzing, and documenting administrative and operational processes. * Ability to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the penitentiary environment. * Present process information to management timely, accurately, and usefully, facilitating decision-making aimed at correcting inefficiencies, eliminating bottlenecks, and/or leveraging operational improvement opportunities. * Analyze operational data collected through computer tools to maintain efficient process control, identify deviations, and propose continuous improvement actions. * Support operational planning by analyzing process scenarios, ensuring productivity and efficiency projections align with the Company's operational reality. * Implement, maintain, and control the proper application of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in internal processes, ensuring compliance and promoting continuous improvement. * Assume other functions and responsibilities related to process analysis and improvement as required by specific needs or upon request from direct management. * Cost and budget control: Review initial budget, prepare additional budgets, generate financial curves, and control construction costs. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 \- 3 years of experience in this role or similar. * Vocational training and/or university degree as Civil Builder, Construction Engineer, or Construction Technician. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday. **Benefits** * Supplementary insurance. * Compensation fund. * Holiday bonuses on public holidays. * Breakfast and lunch provided.
