Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, SGS employs over 95,000 professionals and operates a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** Position Objective * Develop efficient solutions on Power Platform: Design, build, and maintain applications, flows, and dashboards that optimize internal processes and enhance internal user productivity. * Ensure quality and operational continuity: Oversee the complete ALM lifecycle of solutions, ensuring thorough testing, secure deployment, comprehensive documentation, and sustainable maintenance. * Drive continuous improvement and innovation: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, implementing scalable improvements using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot. * Facilitate solution adoption and effective usage: Train internal users, manage permissions and data governance, promoting correct usage and maximizing application value. **Requirements** * Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Certification: PL-900, PL-400, PL-200. * Experience Minimum 4 years of experience: ü Data modeling and information analysis to support decision-making. ü Oversight of the full ALM lifecycle for Power Apps: design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ü Management of on-premises and cloud databases (SQL, Dataverse). ü Coordination and administration of SharePoint sites (lists, documents, pages). ü Object-oriented programming knowledge preferred for technical understanding. * Minimum Required Competencies: * Power Platform Solution Development and Management: Ability to design, build, and maintain applications and flows in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot, ensuring functionality and operational efficiency. * ALM Lifecycle Management: Experience overseeing the full application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks, including participation in ceremonies and delivery of iterative value to internal customers. * Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal departments, translate technical and functional requirements, and effectively communicate development progress. * Data Modeling and Analysis: Capability to work with on-premises and cloud databases (SQL, Dataverse), interpret information, and structure data to support decision-making and internal process optimization. **Additional Information** 100% remote (Chilean residents only) Full-time
