Apply at getonbrd.com without intermediaries. ### **Responsibilities of the Technical Leader** As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for: * Leading multifunctional projects using technologies such as TypeScript, Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Python. * Implementing and managing microservice architectures, ensuring best practices in API development and security. * Collaborating in the creation and implementation of Cloud solutions, especially on AWS, including Lambda Functions, S3, and Kubernetes services. * Facilitating an agile and effective methodology, promoting SCRUM principles within the team. * Performing code reviews and ensuring an integrated development environment using tools such as Git (GitLab) and Docker. This role also requires a continuous focus on continuous improvement and team training, ensuring everyone stays updated on the latest technological trends. ### **Candidate Profile** We seek a candidate with a strong technical background and leadership skills. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in: * Software development using TypeScript, Angular, Java (Spring Boot), and Python (Flask, FastAPI). * Designing and managing microservice and DevOps architectures, including Kubernetes, Docker, and OAuth2 security. * Database management experience with MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. * Knowledge of integration and ETL tools such as Apache NiFi and BPMN skills. * A proactive approach and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively. The candidate must be committed to innovation and continuous improvement, as well as ongoing professional development in a dynamic environment. ### **Desirable Skills** Experience with the following will be highly valued: * Serverless architectures and microservice design patterns (Retry, Circuit Breaker, CQRS). * DevSecOps and event-driven architectures. * Additional knowledge of Qlik Sense and Qlik QAP.
