Significant impact in your role **Job Description** ---------------------- Responsible for preparing and executing the full payroll loading cycle while keeping system information up to date. What Are We Looking For? At Entel Connect Center, we are seeking a Compensation Analyst. Job Responsibilities: 1\. Comprehensive monthly payroll calculation, retroactive adjustments, and mandatory deductions. 2\. Management of social security laws through Previred. 3\. Processing of Electronic Medical Licenses (EML) 4\. Generation of the Electronic Payroll Book (EPB) 5\. Drafting of employment contracts, addenda, and labor documentation 6\. Calculation and preparation of severance settlements 7\. Attendance control, overtime hours, and vacation management 8\. Accounting centralization and management reporting 9\. Sworn statements and Income Tax Return filing 10\.
