




**Aramark Chile**, a leading American multinational services and retail company, present in 19 countries with more than 25,000 employees across Chile, is seeking a **Management Control Manager** for its Mining Finance area, based at its corporate offices located in Ciudad Empresarial. Main responsibilities: * Cost control and budget management for a portfolio of assigned contracts * Financial planning, analysis, and risk management * Accountability for the accounting closing process * Monitoring billing processes and unbilled balances (non-invoiced) * Ensuring all accounting records and processes comply with audit and financial standards * Providing recommendations to stakeholders and internal clients as a Financial Business Partner * Participating in commercial processes by supporting analysis related to contractual changes and/or commercial negotiations * Actively participating, supporting, and ensuring excellence in the execution of projects and initiatives within assigned contracts, continuously evaluating cost improvement or revenue capture projects Requirements: * University degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Accounting, Auditing, or related field * Knowledge in project evaluation and implementation focused on efficiency * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * Previous experience in similar leadership roles preferred (financial responsibility for high-volume contracts) * Knowledge in management control, administration, finance, and accounting practices * Budget preparation, projection development and review, accounting closings, financial analysis, variance analysis, knowledge of accounting standards * Willingness to frequently visit mining sites * Health condition compatible with pre-employment medical exams.
