V\&V Security, a leading private security organization with a strong industry track record, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Private Security Supervisor to join our team. This role will play an essential part in ensuring the safety of our facilities and assets, as well as leading and supervising our HR personnel. Responsibilities: \* Supervise and lead a private security team, including shift scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. \* Implement and enforce security procedures and protocols to safeguard employees, customers, and assets. \* Monitor security control systems and respond effectively to security incidents or threats. \* Coordinate responses to emergency situations, such as evacuations, fires, thefts, or intrusions, following established security protocols. \* Maintain accurate incident records and produce periodic security reports for management. \* Collaborate closely with regulatory authorities. \* Provide ongoing training to security personnel to maintain high performance standards. Requirements: \* Prior experience in security. \* Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures. \* Strong leadership and decision-making skills. \* Excellent oral and written communication skills. \* Familiarity with security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarms.
