The position is focused on ensuring efficient, profitable, and high-quality food service operations by comprehensively managing human, technical, logistical, and administrative resources associated with each contract, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, compliance with food safety standards, and sustainable business development, contributing to consolidating the company's management model and expansion into new sectors and territories. **Main responsibilities include:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistical, administrative, and production operations of the food service, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and current sanitary regulations. * Efficiently manage available resources by administering budgets, controlling inventories, costs, and consumption, and optimizing operational processes. * Lead and coordinate the work team, promoting competency development, workplace safety, collaboration, and achievement of organizational goals. * Ensure contractual compliance and proper service execution, maintaining operational staffing levels and safeguarding adherence to labor and budgetary conditions. * Represent the company to the client, managing complaints, requests, and improvement opportunities, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust-based relationships. * Prepare and present periodic management reports, providing strategic information on operational, financial, and personnel performance to support decision-making. **Ideal Profile:** * University degree in Nutrition, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational or administrative management within collective food service * Training and/or experience in contract administration and operations management * Experience in contract management, cost control, and personnel supervision.
