At **LL Consulting,** as **strategic partners of Serfonac,** a leading company in the forestry sector, we are looking for a **Forest Risk Prevention Advisor** to join their field operations in the commune of Nacimiento and surrounding areas, performing tasks related to silvicultural and protection activities. Your main objective will be to promote a strong safety culture, prevent work-related accidents and occupational illnesses, and ensure legal compliance regarding Occupational Health and Safety (SST), working directly with supervisors, crews, and operational teams. Main responsibilities include: * Identify risk conditions in forestry operations and propose preventive measures applicable in the field. * Coordinate and implement safety training activities for crews and operational teams. * Conduct on-site observations of safe behaviors and raise early alerts for any deviations. * Support and advise crew leaders and supervisors in the safe execution of critical tasks. * Assist in regulatory compliance and adherence to internal SST guidelines, ensuring traceability of preventive management. Ideal Profile: * Technical or Engineering degree in Risk Prevention * Desired experience in forestry operations, silviculture, or firefighting. * Knowledge of: SST legal regulations, assessment and control of occupational risks. * Valid driver's license * Availability to work on-site * Proficiency in Wisetrack GPS, Rinde gastos, Preventive Management (internal systems), Avenza MAPS If you meet the requirements, apply now!
