We are looking for service-oriented individuals who stand out for their positive attitude, responsibility, high energy, and willingness to help others transform their lives by promoting healthy habits and well-being. **What will you do?** · You will serve our members with high energy, friendliness, and customer focus, acting with empathy and excellence in every experience. · You will advise potential customers, providing clear, truthful, and motivating information about plans and services, actively contributing to prospect conversion. · You will supervise the proper operation of the branch during your shift, ensuring compliance with operational protocols and quality standards. · You will coordinate tasks with the Branch Manager, supporting team management, issue resolution, and daily workflow. · You will participate in the opening and/or closing of the branch according to your shift, ensuring order, adherence to procedures, and proper presentation of the space. · Perform branch opening or closing depending on the shift. For PM Managers, rotating shifts will include Saturday or Sunday. **Working hours** **Modality:** 44 weekly hours, in rotating shifts within the corresponding block (AM or PM). *AM and PM blocks are not alternated.* **AM Shifts** **Shift 1:** · Monday to Friday: 06:25 to 15:55 hrs. **Shift 2:** · Monday to Thursday: 06:25 to 14:25 hrs. · Friday: 06:25 to 13:25 hrs. **PM Shifts** **Shift 1:** · Monday: 12:05 to 22:35 hrs. · Tuesday and Wednesday: 12:35 to 22:35 hrs. · Saturday and Sunday: 09:25 to 17:35 hrs. **Shift 2:** · Monday: 12:35 to 22:35 hrs. · Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 13:05 to 22:35 hrs. · Saturday: 09:25 to 17:35 hrs. PM shifts involve closing duties. **The start and end times may be adjusted depending on whether the branch opens before or after 06:30 hrs.; this adjustment will apply with the same number of minutes difference as the opening time variation.** **Employment conditions.** · **1st month:** Trial period with a net salary of **$650,000**. · **2nd, 3rd, and 4th months:** Fixed-term contract with a net salary of **$750,000**. · **From the 5th month onward:** Indefinite contract, with a base salary of **$750,000 + bonuses based on goal achievement.** And also: · Ongoing training in service, management, and leadership · Real opportunities for personal and professional development · Possibility for growth within MindFit · Work environment based on respect, camaraderie, and community · Affiliation with Compensation Fund **Prior Training** Before starting, you must participate and **successfully complete an 11-day (80-hour) training program**, where you will thoroughly learn about MindFit culture, system operations, service standards, and internal protocols.
