Here, you will make an impact by: * Plans and executes various medical education programs and Voice of Customer advisory meetings in the Latin America region, with a primary focus on Chile (South Cone). Provides services related to program and event management, including venue sourcing and contracting, registration and attendee management, group travel arrangements, meal planning, room setup, and audio\-visual requirements. Manages program budgets and expense reporting. Performs work independently within established processes and tools, consulting with a supervisor when necessary. * Leverages working knowledge of healthcare compliance to ensure proper adherence with Health Care Professional (HCP) interactions and throughout the lifecycle of events. * Provides exceptional customer service to HCP event participants. Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels and builds productive relationships. Partners with travel agencies and vendors to ensure successful events. Resolves complex inquiries and applies expertise and problem\-solving skills to address various challenges. * Exercises influence within the team or work group by providing guidance, counsel, and strategic direction as required. Demonstrates effective collaboration and maintains accountability for assigned event activities and outcomes. Offers mentorship and coaching to team members and contingent staff. Proactively leads and contributes to both functional and cross\-functional projects, consistently ensuring achievement of program and project objectives and adherence to deadlines. * Participates in creating, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures. Identifies areas where improvements can be made. Works with the manager to develop and lead initiatives or solutions that improve work processes and tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes knowledge and assesses risks when making decisions, consulting the manager for complex or high\-risk matters. Demonstrates skills in influencing and persuasion. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND minimum 4 years of experience in managing corporate meeting/event planning, including medical education programs, marketing programs and advisory meetings for physicians and other healthcare professionals AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: * Fluent bilingual oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish languages. * Knowledge of and experience with Health Care Compliance practices pertaining to interactions with Healthcare Professionals in Latin America * Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Oral and written Portuguese language skills * Experience with professional event management software/systems \[Cvent, etc.] * Meetings Management Certification (CMP, Cvent Certified) * Skills include + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Aptitude to deliver high quality customer service + Ability to collaborate with multiple people and manage concurrent events and projects in a fast\-paced environment + Quick to pick up on new technology + Team orientation + Experience training and mentoring others + Strong time management and organizational skills + Sharp attention to detail with a quality focus + Demonstrated advanced problem\-solving skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships **Work location:** * Chile * Hybrid **Travel: May include up to** **20% \[domestic and international]** **Relocation Assistance: Not authorized** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well\-being** Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
