If you require any reasonable accommodation, please let us know in your application. **The Role** University graduate professional, preferably a Civil Engineer of any specialty, with proven experience participating in Engineering and Construction projects under EPCM, EPC, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up modes within the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and/or mining or industrial sectors. **Our Clients and Projects** **Designing the future. We offer a comprehensive range of engineering and project management services and are market-leading integrators for refinery and petrochemical facilities, driving innovation in sustainable fuels and advanced materials for the energy transition. **What We Offer** * **Significant and interesting projects** delivered to industry leaders in the Process & Chemicals sectors. * **Flexible work arrangements** that balance client, team, and individual needs. * **Commitment to diversity and inclusion** across our entire company, supported by employee networks dedicated to giving voice to all employees. * **Flexible benefits package** adaptable to your lifestyle. * **Commitment to continuous professional development**, through personalized development plans aligned with individual needs and interests. * **Global connections with industry-leading experts** worldwide who are shaping the standards of our profession. * Extensive knowledge of project development across all phases (scoping, conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning) * Multidisciplinary technical knowledge enabling deep understanding of the project and effective interaction with specialists from the project team and related areas (operations, maintenance, risk prevention, environment). * Review of project scopes. * Contract management and administration related to Planning and Control of Works and Works Resources. * Preparation and validation of contract progress reports, including analysis of various perspectives related to project management according to PMI. * Experience in developing tenders/evaluating procurement/services, including preparation of technical specifications, economic offer forms, and contracts. * Skills in reviewing payment certificates, valuing change orders, and handling claims. * Strong ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams—including project teams, construction companies, and internal industrial plant personnel (HR, Safety, Risk Prevention, Administration, etc.). * Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices, such as those from IPA (FEL methodology) and PMI. * Mastery of key processes, including stakeholder management, risk management, time management, cost management, scope management, quality management, among others. * Advising project leadership by providing field-collected information to support decision-making, ultimately optimizing company resources. * Relevant Civil Engineer with 10 years of global experience and 5 years in this role. * Knowledge and proficiency in task planning tools. * Familiarity with SAP (user level). * English language proficiency (intermediate level). * Willingness to work on-site.
