Do you want to be part of this change? **Internship Objective:** Contribute to strengthening and improving the efficiency of the commercial area by managing up-to-date strategic information, analyzing markets and processes, and developing reports and deliverables that support decision-making. Assist in coordinating commercial, marketing, and project-related activities, ensuring orderly, timely operations aligned with the department’s goals. **Required Profile:** Academic background: Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain updated contact, project, and opportunity databases (Chile, Peru, Argentina, and other markets). * Support the commercial management of the department, including marketing activities and strategic projects. * Prepare tracking reports using reporting tools. * Collect and manage key information on ongoing strategic initiatives and tenders. * Develop deliverables such as documentation, process maps, and flowcharts. * Analyze demand and competitive markets, proposing inputs for commercial strategies. * Prepare and schedule CRM reports to support commercial decision-making. * Conduct commercial process analyses, propose improvements, and lead their implementation. * Support quotation processes, planning, and organization of events in which we participate. * Keep the field visit history/calendar of the GMIN team updated. Assist Contract Administrators in completing baseline information for pending experience certificates. * Monitor the commercial department’s monthly goals. Coordinate meetings with the CRM team to ensure proper report updates, track pending tasks and commercial opportunities.
