Job Description Xtracts Investment Partners is seeking an **Investment Operations Analyst – Portfolio Intelligence** to support the operational analysis and monitoring of investment portfolios. The individual will be responsible for working with financial data, reports, and operational processes, delivering reliable information to support investment decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and maintain information related to investment portfolios. * Prepare performance, position, movement, and exposure reports. * Review financial data and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies. * Support portfolio valuation, reconciliation, and control processes. * Coordinate with investment, operations, finance teams, and vendors. * Monitor performance, risk, and exposure indicators. * Maintain up-to-date investment systems and databases. * Support automation and improvement of operational processes. * Prepare analyses and presentations for investment and management teams. * Track portfolio operations, movements, and events. * Manage information requests from internal stakeholders. * Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency. Requirements * Professional degree in Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, Industrial Civil Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. * Experience in investment operations, financial analysis, portfolio operations, or related areas. * Knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with financial systems, investment platforms, or databases is desirable. * Knowledge of reconciliations, valuation, and financial reporting. * Ability to analyze large volumes of information. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
